This is the best baking book I've ever used. I haven't found a recipe my family doesn't enjoy. The Sour Cream Marble Cake is a particular favorite, along with Friday Night's Rich and Addictive Cocoa Fudge Brownies. The Passover Pecan Bars are so good that you would never know that they are for Passover. I make the marble cake for my nephews'birthdays, and the brownies are especially terrific with black cocoa from King Arthur's Flour.
